The installer targets 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11, with the full feature set and the latest route scheduling.
Allow at least 200 MB of disk space and stay online during installation. Verify the file source before installing, and use the service in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Windows 7 devices can install and use basic connectivity; some newer features are unavailable. Upgrading to Windows 10 or 11 is recommended.
No separate Windows 7 installer is provided; the client ships as a single package. See the FAQ if installation fails.

How many devices can connect at the same time?
One account can sign in on multiple devices. The number of devices online at the same time follows the account page and your subscription plan.
How do I get support?
Start with the troubleshooting checklist in the setup guide, then search the FAQ by scenario. If the issue remains, submit it through the support entry on this site and we will follow up.
Does QuickQ affect my connection speed?
Speed depends on your local network, the route you select and current load. If it feels slow, switch routes or avoid peak hours.
Does QuickQ keep logs or personal information?
We only handle information needed to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and do not use browsing content for unrelated purposes. See the privacy policy for scope and retention.
Can I use it for Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming services?
QuickQ is built for everyday connection scenarios. Use it in accordance with local laws and our terms; we make no promise about the availability of specific platforms.
Can I use it to access ChatGPT, Claude and other AI services?
Use it in accordance with local laws and our terms. Actual availability depends on the service provider and the route you select; you can switch routes in the client and check the result.
How do I choose the best route?
A route with lower latency and a stable status usually performs better. To change region, disconnect first and then select again; route status is visible in the client.
Can QuickQ be used on company or school networks?
Use it in accordance with your network administrator rules and local laws. If a network policy blocks the connection, contact the administrator of that network.
